My basketball career has come to an end, but the pool makes me happy.

We've been doing a lot of maxin and relaxin at the Ash's pool lately. Pools are hard to find in Idaho, so we take advantage of the sun as much as possible.

Matt rockin the farmer's tan.

Ballin in my Lil Wayne shirt hehe :)

Bryan hates having his picture taken. He will appreciate my papparraziness someday!

April and Sean! (April just happens to be me and Monica's manager who we love!)

Monica KILLS me in this picture! Oscar the Grouch!

Welp, my BYU-I basketball career has sadly come to a close. We lost in the semi's. I've had SUCH a blast playing over the last 4 years-injuries and all.

Loved playing with these girls.

MY right-hand woman on the court, Lizzy!

I'm sooo grateful for Matt's support and cheers. It made me play so much harder (and get lots of blocks!) knowing he was watching me!

A big shout out to my other fans! LOVE you guys so much, and sorry you had to see me get so pissed :)
4th place haha!

Mikey trying to get his dunk on. Almost little guy :)

After the game, we hit up Karie Ann's italian ice for some gelati's! They're better than Rita's!

Then, Matt interviewed me and Moni about the secret lives of video game wives for his journalism class. It's pretty nerdy/funny, and you can watch it here:

Surprise for Dave!

Dave turned the big 5-0 this year!
My mom and I planned for months for me to surprise him at his birthday party. It about killed her to keep this huge secret. So the day of the party, my BFF, Liz, picked me up from the airport. Meanwhile, everyone was getting ready to party it up at my casa. I called Dave while I was walking up the driveway to wish him a happy b-day, and as I was talking to him, BAM...I walked through the back door. Dave was definitely surprised to say the least :)

The day after I arrived, we took off to Garner State Park. A summer family tradition since I was three! We love tubing the FRIO river!

Molly LOVED the rapids. She would get in on her own, and fly down the river. It was definitely a sight to see. Her favorite thing was chasing the little kids on their tubes.

Check out the tan lines on my shoulder/arm. DARKNESS!

We opted to only cook breakfast during our trip and ate at Neal's every night. I had chicken fried steak both nights, but Juju made the better choice with the swiss mushroom chicken. I die.

Wow look at those cute smiles!

As soon as we got back to Houston, we hit up THE best fajitas in Texas at Pappasito's. Again, another family tradition since its inception.

You better believe my heat rash was OUT of control due to all the sun exposure. But I just can't pass up a good TEXAS tan!

I got together with my longgg time lovely friend, Hollie! I took her family pictures, and boy they are cute! They'll be posted on my photo blog soon. I give mad props to photographers in Texas. It is HOT!
Until August yall! <3

Thunderstickz Champions!

Another basketball post :) ...

Matt and our baller friends played on on a co-ed basketball team this semester! We had some tough competition at times, but we came out on top. CHAMPIONS two years in a row baby! We are truly going to miss playing with these guys since Matt will be graduating in July. Our legacy shall continue!

I have thoroughly enjoyed playing with Matt (the rebounding king!) and these girls, Jenny and Lizzy. Jenny is THE best point guard I've ever played with and can seriously take anyone to school. Lizzy's defense can't be beat and that girl has a killer 3 shot! The first time I met Lizzy I actually was playing against her and gave her a concussion from an elbow to the head. We've been great friends ever since.
Me bricking a free throw lol!
These boys have worked together for ages, and they all wore their shirts today to work! *Nate Clark is missing from this picture.
