Don't judge me

There was this one time where my ma and I stood at the computer in the Apple store for 20 minutes taking weird pics on PhotoBooth. We were both in tears laughing, with the clerks wondering why their customers were crying.

These are some cute shots from tonight!

This is what happens when Matt leaves for 2 hours for accounting, we don't have couches, a TV, and I'm bored out my mind.

My favorite.

We are the champions x's 2!

Matt and I played on a BYU-I Rec co-ed basketball team this semester. Our team was made up of a bunch of our married friends + Matt's cousin, Marc. We KILLED it, and won the championship tonight! Us married farts can still ball it up!

Gooo Taylor family! We are soo pale.

Our team name is the Thunderstickz! Jen was by far the team MVP. She is SUCH a great point guard, and averaged like 40 points per game.

I also played on an all girls team with some lovely friends. We also won the championship tonight! Sadly, Matt's mens team lost in the second round of the playoffs, or else it would've been a Taylor sweep in all 3 leagues!

Me, Xanning, Cassandra
April and I. She is also on the co-ed team, but couldn't make it to the championship. But, she was also on my girls team , too.
Needless to say, I am absolutely TIRED from playing 2 games back to back.

Let the countdown begin!!

Matt's brother, Mikey, comes home in NINE days!!

He has been serving an LDS mission in Argentina for the past two years.

I don't have any brothers, so this whole sending a missionary off was all new to me. We have written Mikey e-mails almost every week, and it's been exciting to hear about the peeps there. It's SO weird to think about when he gets home he is going to have no clue who Justin Beiber is! I can't imagine coming back to a world you have been out of touch with for 2 years!

Before his mission, Mikey would come over to watch reality TV shows, eat our food, and talk our ears off.(His favorite show being "Paris Hilton's: My new BFF" haha I will never let him live that down!)

We are so excited to hang out again!

Matt's 2 brothers and grandparents.

See ya soon!

Bachelor

I have to document for our marriage's sake. Because I know 3 years down the road Matt will deny all of these events.

So, I've watched every season of the Bachelor/Bachelorette since we have been married. Every season Matt gives me soo much crap about the cheesiness show.

But I've ALWAYS known that he secretly likes it despite his denial.

I woke up from a nap half way through the Bachelor Finale tonight. I walk out to the living room to find Matt and Murph watching it! Then, I see his status on Facebook: "The Heat are playing so I decided to watch the Bachelor instead. Rachel was asleep too. Is that okay?" I KNEW IT MATTHEW ARNOLD!

And this was the cherry on top. He and his friend from work were texting each other throughout the finale. They were so excited that Emily was chosen (apparently they've liked her from the beginning...)

So here's to you babe, for coming out of the Bachelor closet :)

Emily was my pick from episode one, and I'm glad she won!

I heart Taylor

I have a confession.

Taylor Swift's CD has not left my CD player (Who still buys CD's?) since I got it for Christmas. I literally know no songs on the radio because my car has been a Taylor only zone.

She is so legit because she writes her own songs. Matt likes the CD too. His favorites are "Haunted" and "Enchanted" in that order.

I have always loved T. Swift from the very first time I saw her on her video for "Tim Mcgraw." I seriously knew she would be one of my favs...and I don't even like country! Her new (well it's been out for awhile) album is amazingg.

My Jersey Shore accent is getting really good. I literally have performed it twice at school.
In front of the whole class.
Living in Mormonland, I know half the class has no idea what the Jersey Shore is, or the Kardashians (LOL ALLY!).
I digress. <---I never know when's the right time to say that phrase, but I like to use it.
Today, I was "Vinny" from Jersey promoting a new fragrance named after our teacher called, Sellers' Sassy Spray. And yes, our teacher is a man. And yes, this is what we do in class as elementary ed. majors.
